MDU membership for Avant members

MDU membership is available for Avant members solely working in the UK in an NHS hospital or NHS GP surgery, where indemnity for clinical negligence claims is provided by a state indemnity scheme (such as CNST or CNSGP).

It is not available if you will also be doing other work where indemnity for clinical negligence claims is not provided.

You will continue to pay a subscription to Avant, but your membership will be provided by the MDU at no additional cost to you.
